vision of Bold Moves is to raise our clients
fitness levels by challenging them with a boot camp
style exercise program.
Our
objective is to help you achieve your goal
of a healthy lifestyle with nutritional guidance and education
in proper exercise techniques in a fun and supportive
environment.
The
trainers at Bold Moves Boot Camp ensure that
classes are planned with all fitness levels in mind and
options always be given to increase or decrease the
intensity of the exercises.
We hold
classes three days a week, three times a day at local
Saanich Peninsula parks. It is important to
us that our programs are convenient and accessible
for all people interested in fitness.

What
the heck is boot camp??
A.
A intensive 6 week fitness program designed
to burn fat, increase your metabolism and generally to kick your butt!
Q. What should I expect?
A.
Muscle
gain, strength gain, better sleep, gain endurance, gain self-esteem,
gain energy,
lose inches, lose pounds/body fat, FEEL GREAT and the list goes
on….
Q. How soon will I see results?
A. Performance
improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual
Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort
level. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes
within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different! It's not a
competition, so focus on your individual results.

When do I start??
A. Check the schedule...there are early morning
classes get your day jump started or evening classes to work off the stress.
If you miss the start of a session you can join midway
provided the class is not full.

A. Various indoor and outdoor locations in
Sidney, North Saanich & Central Saanich.
We
have morning and evening classes, so you can
easily fit them into your schedule.

I'd like say thank-you to all the boot campers and all the instructors that make going to an fitness camp rewarding, fun and challenging.
I've been going for 6 weeks
and have lost almost 13 lbs and 9
inches. I've signed up for the next boot camp because I am seeing results that I wasn't getting on my
own and I enjoy the different variations,
so our work outs are never boring.

I would like to thank trainers Meghan and Dave for all the motivation during Bootcamp. Because of the wonderful results it has inspired me to sign up for the next session.
Meghan and Dave are both very
knowledgeable and instruct the class in a safe and comfortable environment. Every body from beginner to novice will feel capable of completing the bootcamp. We laughed and groaned our way through many many situps, pushups and especially the burpies.
I have reached my goal but would like to continue just to maintain that through the holiday season and
further.
